Scope and contact
This notice describes cookies and similar browser storage associated with devnewscorner.com and explains the separate role of the Brevo-hosted newsletter form.

Necessary website storage
The following cookies were observed in tests of the blog. They support security or the storage of cookie preferences rather than optional Analytics.

Security cookies are not necessarily present for every visitor or every request. The observed lifetimes are not a guarantee that all security challenges use identical settings. Cloudflare can operate within hosting infrastructure without appearing as a separate script in the page.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is configured to load after you accept the Analytics category in the cookie banner. It helps us understand use of the blog. Google Signals and advertising personalization are not enabled.

These lifetimes were observed on 22 October 2026 at approximately 21:00 Europe/Rome. Cookies may be renewed according to service configuration and subsequent activity. The inventory records observed behaviour rather than default durations assumed from general documentation.
GA4 is configured with event-data retention of 2 months and user-data retention of 14 months, with reset on new activity enabled. These settings are separate from cookie expiry and do not determine retention of all aggregated reports.
Accepting, refusing and changing your choice
You can accept or refuse optional Analytics through the banner and reopen the panel through Cookie Settings in the website footer. Refusing Analytics does not prevent you from reading the blog.
In our revocation test, disabling Analytics stopped events observed with the Analytics debugging tool. The _ga cookie was removed, but the property-specific _ga_ cookie remained stored. We therefore do not claim that withdrawing consent automatically removes every previously stored Analytics cookie. You can delete remaining cookies using your browser’s privacy settings.
The consent preference is stored separately. Deleting that preference cookie may cause the banner to appear again. Your browser can also block or delete cookies, although blocking necessary storage can affect service functionality.
Mailrelay signup form and Google reCAPTCHA
Where displayed, the newsletter form is embedded from devnewscorner.ipzmarketing.com. Its supporting script and other resources load from assets.ipzmarketing.com and Mailrelay infrastructure. These requests begin when the page loads, before you interact with the form. Google reCAPTCHA is enabled as an anti-abuse measure and is visible in the form. Its scripts and frames also load at page opening, with additional verification requests after interaction. Observed resources included enterprise.js and frames on www.recaptcha.net.
These external connections transfer technical request information even when no cookie is visible. They are distinct from Google Analytics and currently are not activated by the Analytics preference. The subscription checkbox governs receiving the newsletter; it is not presented as consent to all third-party storage or tracking.
In the browser checks performed on 22 October 2026, no stored cookies were visible under devnewscorner.ipzmarketing.com or www.recaptcha.net, both before and after interaction with the form and its challenge. This is a description of that test, not a guarantee of cookie-free operation in every browser or configuration. Google documents a _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis; it was not observed in these checks. We therefore do not assign it an unverified lifetime or list it as a cookie demonstrated to have been set by this form.
Logged-in administrators and protected pages can have additional WordPress cookies not encountered by ordinary readers of public pages.
The absence of visible cookies does not establish that every storage mechanism is absent or that the integration requires no privacy assessment. If non-essential storage or tracking is introduced, its loading and consent controls must be assessed before that use begins. We will update this notice when verified behaviour changes.
Newsletter email measurement
The Mailrelay newsletter campaigns prepared through our integration have open and click tracking disabled. This is separate from the website’s Analytics cookie choice. Delivery, bounce, confirmation, security and unsubscribe records can still be processed, and remotely hosted images can be requested when an email is displayed. Settings for prepared campaigns do not establish the behaviour of every automated confirmation email.
Our branded email links can use emails.devnewscorner.com. An unsubscribe link with a personal token enables the subscription action; it does not by itself mean that ordinary email links are tracked. See the Privacy Policy for processing purposes, retention and withdrawal.
Advertising and external links
Google AdSense code placement has been disabled, and Google Ads tracking is not currently configured on the blog. FCCDCF no longer appeared in the clean-browser checks after disabling AdSense.
Affiliate destinations and other external websites may use their own cookies when you follow a link. Any future embedded affiliate banner or other third-party tracking on this site must be assessed and reflected in the cookie configuration and this notice before introduction.
